Species: Human Age: 18 Link to outside source: Here Personality: Maxxie is a very carefree type of individual. He is brave and occasionally outspoken, strong willed, sometimes stubborn in his beliefs and actions. He believes in live and let live, in people working together, likes having friends. He's not a fan of bigotry, hateful groups, or closed minded type thinking when it comes to race, orientation, school clique, or other similar issues. He also lives in the moment, from one to the next, but can be focused on a task if he considers it of great importance. Max loves parties, clubbing, acting, theater, and being with his friends. Art is one of his good skills, especially sketch styles.. but his great love would most likely be dance. Dancing is one thing he spends a lot of time in; in a club, on a roof, in his own room, inside school auditoriums, plus his goal is to end up on Broadway. He was often disheartened from his father's disapproval of that career goal as the man had wanted him in the family business of being a builder. But that was temporary, however, as his father realized that Max needed to live his own life, make his own choices. However, Max gets annoyed by several things. Boring lessons make him tired (especially if the teacher is like Ben Stein, aka, "Clear Eyes.. Wow." type). Stalkers are a hot button issue for him too, due to the fact that he had quite an obsessive one in the form of a girl named Sketch who nearly ruined his life, not to mention almost ending the life of a friend. He has a minor fear of not being accepted due to his orientation, but mostly ignores it by staying busy or simply keeping it to himself. His father also helped support his orientation, that it's okay to be as he is, even going so far as to defend Maxxie against homophobic bullies in their neighborhood. What had hurt him the most was that his best friend Anwar was against his lifestyle, as a Muslim... and yet liked to drink, get high, and sleep with girls before marriage. And so, hypocrisy was another hot issue (which the blond did call him out on, and quite loudly at that). But once they made amends, due to Anwar's father being more open minded than Anwar himself, Maxxie felt great relief to have his friend back. So, one of the things he dreads is not so much of a friend dying, but them leaving his side by choice. He is very loyal to his friends, especially after they get hurt, he doesn't like seeing those close to him getting hurt or having big problems. Peer pressure isn't much of an issue with him. Unless the other party is very persistent, or if they are like what Tony used to be before the crash, and also if the activity is harmless (for example, a little prank, nothing in the majorly illegal category of stuff).
